Now more than ever, we understand your need for comfort and safety during your stay with us. The health, wellbeing and safety of our guests are our number one priority. We use cleaning products such as Ecolab and Procter & Gamble that are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens. Mask usage and social distancing are required at all times by guests and team members.

YOUR ARRIVAL

Valet parking remains available with strict sanitation and distancing protocols. In addition to wearing masks, valet attendants change or sanitize gloves in between vehicles. Upon check-in, hand sanitizer stations are provided for your convenience, and hotel keys are thoroughly disinfected.

RESTAURANTS

In accordance with the most recent guidelines from Miami-Dade County, all indoor and outdoor dining has resumed at Eden Roc, with strict observance of precautionary measures. Currently, In Room Dining and Minibar service are unavailable. Buffet breakfasts have been discontinued, but a la carte options are available at Malibu Farm and Café Inez.

POOL & BEACH

Pool and beach chairs are cleaned between each use and properly spaced to ensure social distancing. Face masks are required at all times when walking in pool and beach areas, in restrooms, and wherever social distancing cannot be achieved.

IN YOUR ROOM

Extremely strict sanitizing protocols and world-recognized standards are used to clean guest rooms, with an emphasis on high-contact surfaces. Printed menus and in-room collateral have been removed to reduce the risk of contamination. At this time, minibar and In Room Dining are unavailable. Housekeeping services are limited for stays of 3 nights or less, with full cleanings on every fourth day for stays of 4+ nights. Amenities can be replenished upon request.

ESENCIA WELLNESS SPA

Esencia Wellness  has reopened its doors to safely welcome back guests for relaxation and wellness experiences, and is observing strict sanitation and social distancing protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff. The group fitness center is also open 24 hours a day. Masks are required upon entry and exit, and social distancing is strictly enforced.
