Now more than ever, we understand your need for comfort and safety during your stay with us. The health, wellbeing and safety of our guests are our number one priority. We use cleaning products such as Ecolab and Procter & Gamble that are approved for use and effective against viruses, bacteria and other airborne and bloodborne pathogens.
YOUR ARRIVAL
Valet parking remains available. Upon check-in, hand sanitizer stations are provided for your convenience, and hotel keys are thoroughly disinfected.
RESTAURANTS
In accordance with the most recent guidelines from Miami-Dade County, all indoor and outdoor dining has resumed at Nobu Hotel Miami Beach, with strict observance of precautionary measures. Buffet breakfasts have been discontinued, but a la carte options are available at Café Inez.
POOL & BEACH
Pool and beach chairs are cleaned between each use.
IN YOUR ROOM
Extremely strict sanitizing protocols and world-recognized standards are used to clean guest rooms, with an emphasis on high-contact surfaces. Housekeeping daily services has resumed.
ESENCIA WELLNESS SPA
Esencia Wellness has reopened its doors to safely welcome back guests for relaxation and wellness experiences, and is observing strict sanitation protocols to ensure the safety of guests and staff.
