Shaman’s Journey Full Moon Series

Allow our shaman to guide you in a journey of intention, alignment, and renewal focusing on the unique healing energy of the full moon!

October’s program will begin with a fire gazing meditation, where you will stare into the flame for inner reflection. You will fill yourself with positivity and inspiration during this powerful Hunter’s Moon. Our instructor will lead a restorative yoga session, finishing off with sound bathing to align the energy with a yonu singing bowl. Join us on the Esencia Spa Terrace located inside the Nobu Eden Roc Miami Beach Hotel.
