Pet Policy
Before checking in with your dog, please review the following policy:
- Your dog must weigh 50 pounds or less.
- Only one dog is allowed per guest room.
- Ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date and they are free of fleas or ticks.
- Your pet should be well-socialized and non-aggressive towards other animals and guests.
- Clean up after your dog and dispose of waste properly.
- Utilize the designated pet relief area.
- Dogs are not allowed on the furniture.
- Your pet must remain with you and under your care at all times; they are not to be left unattended on the property.
- Display the ‘Pets are Welcome’ door hanger on your door at all times while your dog is inside.
- Housekeeping will not enter your room if your dog is unattended.
- Notify the Front Desk for special times for room servicing.
- Restrain or remove your pet from the guest room while hotel staff is present.
- Keep your dog on a leash with a maximum range of six feet or in a carrier when outside the room.
- Additional charges may apply for excessive cleaning or damages to the room.
- Dog owners are liable for any disturbances caused by their pets, with potential charges of up to $500 for repeated incidents.
- By law, dogs are not permitted in indoor food and beverage outlets, the fitness center, spa, or beach areas.
- The resort is not liable for any injuries suffered by your pet on hotel premises.
- Pet owners accept full responsibility for any liability arising from their pets, including damage or personal injury.
Pet Fees

This fee covers the additional cleaning required to ensure that the room is thoroughly sanitized and free of any pet-related odors or allergens, providing a welcoming environment for all guests. Nobu Miami Beach understands the importance of including pets in travel plans and strives to accommodate them while upholding its commitment to exceptional service and hygiene.
